All quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. Prices depend on quantity, material, branding method and delivery timeline, and may be revised if any of these change after quoting.

Orders & Confirmation
An order is confirmed only after written approval of the final quotation and receipt of the agreed advance payment. Minimum order quantities apply to most customised items.
Artwork & Approval
Clients are responsible for supplying print-ready logos and confirming the digital mock-up. Production begins after written artwork approval; Standard Innovate is not liable for errors approved by the client.
Production & Delivery
Lead times are estimated from the date of artwork approval and advance payment. Delays caused by force majeure, customs clearance or late client feedback are outside our control.
Payment Terms
A standard advance is payable on order confirmation with the balance due before dispatch, unless a separate credit arrangement is agreed in writing.
Quality, Returns & Claims
Every order passes quality checks before dispatch. Claims for defective or short-shipped goods must be raised within 3 working days of delivery with photographic evidence. Customised items cannot be returned for change of mind.
Intellectual Property
Clients warrant they own or are licensed to use any logo or artwork supplied. Standard Innovate may display finished work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
